This site should work however you use the web.

What this site does

• Every control is reachable and operable from the keyboard, with a visible focus ring, and a skip link jumps straight past the header to the content.
• Text and background contrast is checked against AA, in both light and dark themes.
• Text scales to 200% and the layout holds together from 1920px down to 320px.
• Nothing depends on colour alone, and nothing flashes or plays sound.
• Some pages carry animation: a diagram on the home page with movement along its connections, sections that fade in as you reach them, and demonstrations you can operate yourself. All of it stops if your device or browser is set to reduce motion, and the diagram then holds a still frame instead. None of it is needed to read the page.
• Form fields have real labels, and the error messages come from the browser rather than colour changes.
• Headings run in order and the page has proper landmarks, so a screen reader can skim the structure and jump to the main content.
• The demonstrations can be worked from the keyboard as well as the mouse. On the job board, the left and right arrow keys move a job between stages once it has focus, and the counts are announced as they change.
• Pages are readable with JavaScript switched off. The theme switch, the FAQ filter and the demonstrations stop working, and the home page diagram does not draw. All the writing is still there, and nothing is hidden behind any of it.

Where we fall short

The chat bubble is added to the page by our client portal. We have less control over its markup than over the rest of the site, so we do not claim it meets AA. The contact form on the Get in touch page does, and it reaches us the same way, so nothing is only available through the chat.

We test with keyboard navigation, browser zoom and contrast tooling. We have not put the site through an independent audit.

Some labels are set in small monospace type: the annotations beside the diagrams, the column headings in the footer, and the text inside the mock-ups that stand in for software. They sit at 12 to 13 pixels rather than the 14 we hold the rest of the site to. Nothing is only said there, and browser zoom scales all of it.
