A clear price from your description. Accept it or do not.
You tell us what you need. We give you one number in writing. There is no sales process, no follow-up chasing and no pressure to decide either way.
Tick what your business actually does.
This is the same list we work through when a job comes in. It builds a scope on the right, which is the thing a fixed price gets attached to. Nothing here is priced on this page, and nothing you tick is sent anywhere.
How the price is worked out
Priced from your description
Send us what the software has to do, in as much detail as you can. We price that, and the scope the price covers is written down alongside it.
The quote is the price
If we underestimate, that is our problem. The number only changes if you ask for something that was not in your description.
The number covers everything
We work out the hours the whole job takes, not just the coding: building it, testing it, writing the documentation and handing it over. All of that is inside the quoted price. Nothing arrives as an extra line later.
A date, not an estimate
The quote carries the latest date your software will be finished. It is a commitment rather than a guess, so we set it somewhere we can keep it. Most of the time the work lands earlier than that.
Free bug fixes for 30 days
If something we built does not work as agreed, we fix it free for the first 30 days after handover. That is a warranty, not a support plan, and it applies whether or not you take out a monthly arrangement.
No sales process
You get the quote and you decide. We will not chase you, call you or send a sequence of emails to move you along. If the answer is no, that is a complete answer.
Why there are no price bands on this page
Two businesses can describe the same software and need entirely different amounts of work to get there. A published band would either overcharge the straightforward job to stay safe, or undercharge the complicated one and get corrected later. Neither is much use to you.
So we price your job rather than a category it happens to fall into. Send a description and you get a real number, not a range.
