The problem

Podcast hosting normally means handing your back catalogue to a platform. Getting it back out, if you can, is a manual job. We wanted hosting where the files stay where the podcaster put them.

What we built

Each customer gets their own running instance with its own domain and certificate. Signup to a working instance takes under a minute, with no manual step in the middle.

Why it matters here

It is the same argument we make to clients about their own systems: you should be able to leave. Building it for ourselves first meant proving it rather than asserting it.
